雪山鼠尾草与丹参的生药学比较

采用形态鉴别、粉末鉴别、薄层鉴别、HPLC 4种方法,从形态、显微、理化等方面对雪山鼠尾草(Salviaevansiana Hand.-Mazz.)和丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge)2种植物进行比较研究.结果表明:与丹参相比,雪山鼠尾草的植株、叶、花等多个部位与丹参不同,其粉末中不含石细胞结构,导管较大,薄层鉴别显示出不同的斑点数,HPLC检测表明雪山鼠尾草中丹参酮ⅡA含量为0.0812%,丹参素未检出.综合运用这4种方法能清楚地区分雪山鼠尾和丹参;雪山鼠尾草作丹参药用的可行性有待商榷....
