基于网络药理学预测三草颗粒治疗自身免疫性肝炎的作用机制

Abstract_FL | OBJECTIVE:To preliminarily probe into Sancao granules in treatment of autoimmune hepatitis based on network pharmacology .METHODS:Through establishment of target data of Sancao granules and autoimmune hepatitis, development of "ingredients-target-disease" interactive network of Sancao granules in treatment of autoimmune hepatitis , the mechanism of Sancao granules in treatment of autoimmune hepatitis was predicted by visualized analysis and topological parameter analysis .RESULTS:According to network pharmacology , through directly affecting androgen receptor , tyrosine-protein kinase , caspase-3, interleukin 2, neutrophil elastase , cathepsin K, estrogen receptor, transforming growth factor β-2, wiskott-Aldrich syndrome (WAS) protein, signal transducer and activator of transcription and simultaneously regulating NF-kappa B signaling pathway , T cell receptor signaling pathway , Natural killer cell mediated cytotoxicity , Sancao granules could fully play its role in treatment of autoimmune hepatitis.CONCLUSIONS:Sancao granules can be used for the treatment of autoimmune hepatitis by intervening inflammatory response and mediating inflammation . |
