解放军第302医院219678张门诊处方点评与分析

目的：了解解放军第302医院（以下简称＂我院＂）门诊药物使用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法：点评我院2016年1—6月全部门诊处方,并对不合理处方存在的问题进行分析。结果：我院2016年1—6月门诊处方共219 678张,处方平均用药品种数为1.70种,抗菌药物使用率为3.06%,注射剂使用率为14.72%,国家基本药物使用率为14.31%,药品通用名使用率为100.00%,处方平均金额为1 250.82元;其中,合理处方219 273张,处方合理率为99.82%。405张不合理处方中,不规范处方279张（占68.89%）,用药不适宜处方111张（占27.41%）,超常处方15张（占3.70%）...

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application status of outpatient drug use in 302 Military Hospital of China（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）,so as to promote the rational drug use in clinic. METHODS： The outpatient prescriptions during Jan. to Jun. 2016 were reviewed,and problems in the irrational prescriptions were analyzed. RESULTS： 219 678 outpatient prescriptions during Jan. to Jun. 2016 were extracted. The average drug use categories in outpatient prescriptions were 1. 70 kinds,the application rate of antibiotics was 3. 06%,the application rate of injections was 14. 72%,the application rate of national essential drugs was 14. 31% and the application rate of approved drug names was 100. 00%; the average sum of prescriptions were 1 250. 82 yuan; among which 219 273 prescriptions were rational with
