68例调节水、电解质、酸碱平衡药及营养药致不良反应报告

Abstract_FL OBJECTIVE:To probe into the related factors of adverse drug reactions ( ADR) induced by water and electrolyte acid-base balance regulating drugs and nutritional , so as to provide reference for the rational drug use in clinic.METHODS: By retrospective investugation method , statistical analysis was conducted on 68 cases of ADR induced by water and electrolyte acid-base balance regulating drugs and nutritional reported to National Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Center by Suining Central Hospital from Jan .2010 to Dec.2015.RESULTSLS:Of the 68 cases, males were 35 cases, females were 33 cases, aged from 4 d to 86 years old.The main route of administration induced ADR were mainly intravenous administration .The ratio of number of ADR cases induced by vitamins and amino acids took the lead, respectively 27.94%(19 cases) and 26.47%(18 cases).The clinical symptoms of ADR were mainly gastrointestinal reactions , followed by skin and its accessories damage , general reaction , respiratory system reaction and nervous system reaction .ADR mostly occurred after administration of 1 d and during the process of administration . CONCLUSIONS:ADR induced by water and electrolyte acid-base balance regulating drugs and nutritional is associated with patients'individual physical and route of administration , drug combination may increase ADR;it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring on administration so as to the incidence of ADR .

Notes OBJECTIVE: To probe into the related factors of adverse drug reactions( ADR) induced by water and electrolyte acid-base balance regulating drugs and nutritional,so as to provide reference for the rational drug use in clinic.
