大肠杆菌O157快速检测板在肉与肉制品检测中的应用
目的研究大肠杆菌O157快速检测板在肉与肉制品检测中的应用。方法以GB/T 4789.36-2008《食品卫生微生物学检验大肠埃希氏菌O157：H7/NM检验》作为参考方法,研究大肠杆菌O157快速检测板在肉与肉制品检测中应用的灵敏度、特异性、假阳性率、假阴性率、准确度等指标,同时利用卡方检验分析阳性率显著性差异。结果大肠杆菌O157快速检测板灵敏度为100%,不存在假阴性,特异性为96.4%,假阳性率为3.6%,准确度为98%,显著性差异卡方值卡Χ^2为0,均达到定性方法验证的相关指标。结论大肠杆菌O157检测板技术具有快速准确、灵敏度高、操作简单的特点,可以作为一种快速筛查方法广泛应用于肉...
