大鼠衰老过程中海马血管内皮生长因子及微血管密度的表达特点

R741.02; 目的:探讨大鼠衰老过程中海马血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及微血管密度(MVD)的表达特点.方法:对3、18、24、30月龄(各10只)大鼠脑组织石蜡切片进行免疫组织化学染色,定量分析海马VEGF的表达规律和微血管变化.结果:①VEGF在各组大鼠海马组织中均有表达,主要表达于锥体细胞胞浆内,随增龄VEGF阳性细胞个数逐渐减少(P<0.05);②MVD在各组大鼠均可见,随月龄增加MVD逐渐减少(P<0.05).结论:VEGF及MVD随增龄在海马组织中表达减少,且两者的改变相一致,提示增加衰老大鼠脑组织内VEGF含量和改善脑组织血液循环,对预防和治疗老年脑血管病,血管性痴呆有重要意...
