五大连池火山岩土壤发育过程中根际细菌多样性分析

选取五大连池火山群中三座火山为研究对象,采用PCR-DGGEB联用技术研究火山岩土壤发育过程与根际细菌多样性间相关性。结果表明,随火山喷发后时间推移,三座火山南坡有机质和全氮含量先增后稳,北坡土壤有机质和全氮含量先增后减,南北坡土壤pH不断升高。运用Bio-Dap软件分析发现,随时间推移,三座火山南坡细菌丰富度和多样性指数变化趋势为先增后减,北坡为先减后增,南北坡均匀度变化趋势均先增后稳。采用SPSS软件作相关性分析,三座火山南北坡根际细菌多样性指数及丰富度与土壤有机质显著正相关(P〈0.05)。根际细菌群落多样性受火山岩土壤发育程度影响。...

Using the active volcanoes of Wudalianchi as the research object and selecting the three volcanoes with larger eruption interval as the representatives, the correlation of soil development and the diversity of rhizosphere bacteria was studied with PCR-DGGE combination technology. The results showed that, with the extension of time after volcanic eruption, the changing trend of the soil organic matter and total nitrogen content in south slope of the three-volcano was leveling off after increasing, while the trend in the north was decreasing after increasing.
