实验室电表数据智能管理系统设计

为了有效智能地管理实验室,保护先进精密的仪器设备,设计了一套基于实验室电表数据的智能管理系统。本系统以STC12为核心的采集终端通过MODBUS-RTU通信协议从各个实验室电表中获取所需要的电力数据,再经由TCP/IP协议发送给远程服务器,服务器对数据进行处理并存入数据库中;系统根据各实验室的实际情况设计特定的处理机制,当数据出现异常时,服务器会向管理者的手机发送警告信息,同时管理者也可以通过手机主动获取实验室当前电力数据。经过实际测试,系统实现了实时监测实验室电表数据的功能,帮助实验室管理人员实时了解当前实验室设备使用情况,方便实验室的日常管理、监控和维护。...

In this paper,an intelligent data management system based on lab electric meter data is designed,the system can be used to effectively manage the laboratories and protect a lot of advanced instruments and equipments. The acquisition terminals use MCU-STC12 to get power data from meter in each laboratory,through the MODBUS-RTU communication protocol,then data are send to the remote server by TCP / IP protocol. The server processes data and deposits in the database. According to the actual situation of each lab, the system designs specific processing mechanism. When the data are abnormal,the server will send warning information to manager＇s mobile phone,at the same time,the manager can seek laboratory current electric power data with the phone. After the actual test,the system is able to monitor laboratory electric meter data in time,and helps laboratory managers to see the current service condition of equipments. It
