基于“乙癸同源”理论探讨绝经后骨质疏松症的中医药治疗

| Abstract_FL | The treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) with the Western medicine uses hormone replacement therapy (HRT) mostly.This treatment has a good clinical curative effect, but its side effect is obvious.Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis has obvious advantages in the conclusive efficacy and little side effect.The treatment is worth to apply in the clinics.However, to explore the classical guidance theory for the treatment with traditional Chinese medicine is important for the use of the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.By studying the Yi and Gui sharing the same origin theory from ancient documents, we explore the correlation between the theory and postmenopausal osteoporosis, and combine it with modern research.From the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease and based on the Yi and Gui sharing the same origin theory, and focusing on the etiology and pathogenesis of asthenia of liver and kidney, the theory may play a theoretical guidance role in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis, and guide the clinical treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis based on traditional Chinese medicine.The theory may achieve fundamental intervention with Chinese medicine and provide effective theory basis for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis. |
