复式播种单元3D模型参数化数字资源研究

Abstract_FL | In order to provide rapid and effective solution for parametric design based on assembly constraint, studied deeply on a method for the parametric design in an assembly. Taking a compound seeding unit as an object of study, based on its module division, built a CATIA digital prototype of the seeding unit, made the parametric design on parts, made layer-by-layer parameter association for various parts by taking the module as unit, and realized the association change of the seeding unit according to agriculture and structural requirements under the drive of the diameter of a core part—seed-plate. The study shows that hierarchical relation of core dimension driver is an effective way to realize the product parametric design, which as the core and basic support technology, and provides a rapid and feasible modernized solution for product design. |
