高铁酸盐在线制备及应用的实验设计
设计了湿法在线制备高铁酸盐并应用于亚甲基蓝染料废水处理的特种废水处理课程实验。研究了废水p H、停留时间和高铁酸盐投加量对废水脱色效果的影响,从而获取高铁酸盐处理亚甲基蓝废水的最优运行参数。结果表明,最佳运行参数为:p H 2~3,停留时间30 min,高铁酸盐与亚甲基蓝总量的比例1 m L∶15 g。最佳运行条件下,高铁酸盐对浓度50 mg/L的亚甲基蓝废水的脱色率为87%。该实验对训练学生创新思维,提高学生分析问题、解决问题的能力发挥重要作用。...

The experiment realizes on-line preparation of ferrate and applies it to wastewater treatment by Methylene blue.
