The professional core course experimental system plays an important role in human resources management practice teaching. Based on the oriented work process,one of the core curriculum of professional human resource management is "Compensation Management ". Combined with the course characteristics and teaching objectives of Compensation Management,we innovatively build the practice education system of human resource management based on the requirements of business pyramid model. It is an important part of the study that business needs to build the pyramid model,which contains salary experimental system design,experimental system design,design of organization and implementation of experimental teaching system.
