通过设计制造微型共混仪和微型注塑仪在科研和实验教学运用和实践,探索微型实验在材料加工领域的理论和实践。通过锥形双螺杆的双线螺纹结构等设计,制造出符合共混原理的、一次性微量投料≤5 g的微型共混仪;通过采用气缸立柱式推进装置的创新设计,制造出符合注塑成形原理的微型注塑仪,用于实验教学和科学研究。实践证明,微型加工实验除了在经济和环保发挥了其特有的优势和作用外,更重要的是对学生的实践能力和创新能力培养发挥了更大作用,使其更加适合新材料的创新研究,符合高校实验教学和科研研究现实需求。...

Bibliography: | By designing and manufacturing micro twin-screw blender and micro injection molding machine which can be used in practice of scientific research and experimental teaching,the theory and practice of mini-experiments in the field of materials processing was explored. By innovatively designing the double-thread structure of conical twin-screw,the micro twin-screw blender that meets blending principle and can be fed with less than or equal to 5 grams of materials was manufactured; by innovatively designing the cylinder column propulsion,the micro injection molding machine that meets injection molding principle was manufactured.
