Notes By designing and manufacturing micro twin-screw blender and micro injection molding machine which can be used in practice of scientific research and experimental teaching,the theory and practice of mini-experiments in the field of materials processing was explored. By innovatively designing the double-thread structure of conical twin-screw,the micro twin-screw blender that meets blending principle and can be fed with less than or equal to 5 grams of materials was manufactured; by innovatively designing the cylinder column propulsion,the micro injection molding machine that meets injection molding principle was manufactured. Micro twin-screw blender and micro injection molding machine are used for experimental teaching and scientific research. Practice has proved that: micro-processing experiments play unique superiority and role in economy and environmental protection,in addition,they importantly play a greater role in culturing students' practical ability and innovation ability importantly that make students
