This paper analyzes four characteristics of the laboratory serving the regional skills contests. These characteristics are service objectives,service skills,service time and service resources. Using the method of empirical analysis,and the perspective of difference,this paper discusses the aspects for servicing race that are material preparation,coordination for resources of laboratory,optimization of software resources,progressing the technical level of managers in the laboratory,and innovation for management method. This exploration can provide reference for the comprehensive utilization of laboratory resources,innovate laboratory management mode,and promote the construction and development of laboratory.
