隆朋对手术犬免疫功能的抑制作用
目的探讨隆朋麻醉、手术应激对犬机体免疫功能的影响。方法选取健康犬14只,随机分为单纯隆朋麻醉组(A组,n=7)和隆朋麻醉手术组(B组,n=7),A组按3.0mg/kg肌肉注射隆朋进行麻醉,B组在A组基础上进行腹腔探查术,观察两组麻醉前(0h)和麻醉后2、8、24、72、120和168h血清IL-1β、IL-2、IL-4、IL-8、TNF-α含量的变化。结果与麻醉前相比,A组犬在麻醉后2~72h期间血清IL-1β、IL-2、TNF-α水平显著降低(P〈0.05),并且在120~168h期间逐渐恢复至麻醉前水平,而麻醉后血清IL-4、IL-8水平无明显变化(P〉0.05)。与麻醉前相比,B组犬在麻...
