Due to the serious H2S corrosion and other hazards, the corrosion and security maintenance system for high sulfur natural gas purification plant has been studied referring to the refinery anti-corrosion management system, establishing the integrity database, and exploiting the core business modules about operation monitoring, corrosion monitoring and inspection, corrosion case statistics, medium test and analysis, risk management and equipment maintenance strategy and so on. The corrosion evaluation and risk inspection have been applied to predict H2S corrosion and inspect based on risk, and timely revise anti-corrosion strategy and risk management strategy. The professional technical management has been carried out in purification plant.
