液控式垄向区田筑垱机的设计及仿真

Notes | 23-1391/S YIN Daqing, ZHOU Yi, CHEN Baocheng(School of Engineering, Northeast Agricultural University,Harbin 150030,China) basin tillage; building block machine; Pro/E; simulation based on ADAMS; hydraulic control In order to achieve the high quality and efficient working of Basin Tillage Dimming,one kind of mechanism was designed,which controlled by Hydraulic.The paper emphatically dealt with it's working principle,have made detailed analysis of the important control part,and made the design,modeling and kinematics simulation of it by using Pro/E and ADAMS.The results showed that this method greatly reduced design cycle of building block machine,the feasibility of it's working principle confirmed by simulation analytical result,the basin tillage dimming machine satisfied the design requirements that can adjust the best-soil-block-distance conveniently and quickly during working,and it provided a new mentality and mechanism for achieving the basin tillage technology. |
