汽轮发电机转子绕组短路产生的不平衡磁拉力研究

针对转子绕组匝间短路故障产生的不平衡磁拉力进行了分析,同时采用解析和数值两种方法计算了不平衡磁拉力,分析了不平衡磁拉力与发电机运行状态间的关系。对比分析表明:无论空载还是负载条件下解析方法计算的磁拉力都具有较大的偏差,数值计算方法考虑了饱和、磁场扭斜、高次谐波以及结构等因素的影响,计算结果更准确、可靠。在发电机发出有功功率保持恒定时,不平衡磁拉力不总是随着励磁电流的增加而增大,故利用励磁电流增大造成的转子振幅增大判断转子绕组匝间短路故障的方法只能在一定范围内有效,相对而言,空载升励磁实验更适合转子绕组匝间短路故障的快速诊断。...

Abstract_FL Unbalanced magnetic pull by rotor windings turn-to-turn short circuit fault was analyzed, both analytic and numerical methods were adopted to calculate the unbalanced magnetic pull, and the relation-ships between unbalanced magnetic pull and generator running status were analyzed. Comparison shows that: whether generator runs on load or not, the unbalanced magnetic pull by analytic method has a large deviation, as saturation, field skew, high-order harmonics and structural factors were considered in nu-merical method, and the results are more accurate and reliable. When the active power remains un-changed, the unbalanced magnetic pull does not always increase with the excitation current, so the rotor vibration discriminant method for rotor windings turn-to-turn short circuit based on excitation current ad-justment is valid within a certain range. Relatively speaking, the no-load test is more suitable for the rap-id diagnosis of the rotor windings turn-to-turn short circuit fault.
