丙型肝炎患者血清蛋白质组差异表达的初步研究
目的观察丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)患者血清蛋白质组的变化情况,为研究丙型肝炎的发病机制及治疗提供新的线索。方法收集丙型肝炎患者和健康对照者血清,去除血清中高丰度蛋白;应用双向凝胶电泳技术构建2组研究对象血清二维电泳图谱,Image Master软件分析所得图谱,寻找差异蛋白质点;基质辅助激光解吸电离一飞行时间质谱法对2组间比较所得目标蛋白质点进行质谱鉴定。结果获得了HCV患者血清蛋白质双向电泳图谱,对表达差异2倍以上进行质谱鉴定,共鉴定出15种蛋白质。结论成功鉴定了15个HCV相关蛋白质,为进一步研究其发病机制及治疗手段提供了实验基础。...
