利用ITS和SRAP分子标记对黑龙江省野生黑木耳菌株进行遗传多样性分析

To assess the genetic polymorphism of wild Auricularia auricular strains isolated from Heilongjiang Province,two DNA marker systems,the internal transcribed spacer(ITS) sequence analysis and sequencerelated amplified polymorphism(SRAP) technique were used to detect polymorphism among 15 strains.There were only few base variances in ITS region among the tested strains and the length of all strains were identical.Eight combinations of primers were selected to suvery the genetic diversity within a collection of 15 strains by sequence-related amplified polymorphism analysis which produced 215 repeatable DNA bands,of which 155 were polymorphic,accounting for 72.1%.The results showed there were more genetic information in SRAP than that of ITS,and the genetic polymorphism in Heilongjiang Province was more abundant.
