FHUDS-2催化剂用于镇海混合油深度加氢脱硫的研究
在小试装置上,采用镇海混合油评价了工业催化剂FHUDS-2的深度加氢脱硫性能,同时考察了混合油中硫化物在FHUDS-2催化剂上的转化规律。结果表明:4,6-二甲基二苯并噻吩类(4,6-DMDBTs)硫化合物在产品中所占比例逐渐提高,对反应温度敏感性低,是原料油中最难脱除的含硫化合物;FHUDS-2催化剂具有优异的深度及超深度加氢脱硫性能,在氢分压6.4MPa,体积空速1.5h-1,氢油比500,反应温度360~370℃或者在反应温度360℃,氢分压6.4MPa,氢油比500,体积空速1.0~1.5h-1条件下,都能生产出硫含量符合欧Ⅳ、欧Ⅴ排放标准的低硫和超低硫柴油。...
