复杂输入下自适应滤波器的过渡过程处理方法

针对复杂输入信号下自适应滤波器的过渡过程对滤波性能及信号特征提取有重大影响,提出一种自适应滤波器过渡过程处理方法。给出了过渡过程影响信号特征提取的评价指标及方法;通过舍弃对消器输出的过渡过程数据排除过渡过程影响,并依据评价指标随舍弃数据长度增大的优化趋势确定舍弃数据的长度。最后,将基于该过渡过程处理方法的自适应滤波器应用于变频调速下笼型异步电动机的断条故障诊断中。实验证明,该方法可以避免输入信号的谐波分布及初始相位变化对自适应滤波器的影响,有利于提高断条故障特征提取的准确率。...

Abstract_FL Adaptive filter transient process under complex input signal heavily affects performance of the adaptive filter and the signal feature exaction.To solve these problems,the handling method for the adaptive filter transient process was put forward.The evaluation index and the method of the transient process affecting the signal feature exaction were given.The effect of the transient process are eliminated by discarding the transient process data of the canceller output.The length of the discarded data is determined according to the evaluation index optimized tendency with increasing the length of that.In the end,the handling method of the adaptive filter transient process was used in fault diagnosis of the motor broken rotor bar under the variable frequency speed regulation.Experimental results show that the effects from the harmonic distribution and the initial phase change for the adaptive filter are avoided and the feature exaction accuracy rate of the broken rotor bar fault is improved by using this handling method.
