玉米大豆不同间作模式下大豆鼓粒期的光学特性

以玉米和大豆间作系统为研究对象,在大豆鼓粒期,利用叶绿素仪SPAD-502测定不同间作模式下叶绿素相对含量(SPAD),利用便携式调制叶绿素荧光仪Mini-PAM测定荧光参数Fm'、Temperature、PAR、Fv/Fm、Yield、ETR、qN等指标的日变化。结果表明,不同间作模式下大豆叶绿素相对含量差异显著;在同一种植模式下,由于遮荫效果的影响,南行大豆的SPAD高于北行。4种种植模式下大豆的荧光参数值日变化在整体趋势上一致,但也存在一些差异。叶绿素荧光参数的ETR、qN变化依赖于PAR的变化。Fm'、Fv/Fm和Yield的变化与PAR的变化相反。...

Maize-soybean intercropping system was used to study the SPAD of soybean using SPAD-502 and diurnal changes in chlorophyll fluorescence parameters(Fv/ Fm,Fm ’,Temperature,PAR,Yield,ETR,and qN) using MINI-PAM.The results showed that SPAD of soybean among different intercropping patterns were significant;the SPAD of the south was higher than the north cultivated in the same mode because of the effects of shading;there was no significant different among different intercropping patterns about the changes tendency of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,and there was also some difference;the changes of the ETR,and the qN depended on the variation of environmental the PAR;Fv/Fm,Fm ’,and Yield showed a reverse change with PAR.
