分级麦秸制备复合材料性能研究
利用剖分式单螺杆挤压机,对麦秸进行挤压预处理,对挤压后麦秸分级,分别用预处理后的混合麦秸和分级后的麦秸作为原料,用模压成型方法制备复合材料,研究不同级别麦秸对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,混合级麦秸制备的复合材料表面最光滑,随着麦秸纤维粒度减小,复合材料的表面越粗糙;以10-16目的麦秸纤维制备的复合材料综合力学性能最优,随着麦秸纤维粒度减小,复合材料的力学性能逐渐减小。...

Notes | This research use split single,screw extruder to do extrusion pretreatment of wheat straw and grade extruded straw, Respectively the mixture of pretreated wheat straw and graded wheat straw as raw materials are used to produce composite materials by the method of molding and research the impact of different levels of wheat straw on the mechanical properties of the composite materials. This research found the following: The composite materials prepared by the mixed straw were the most smoothest in surface, and the surface of the composite materials got more rougher with the particle size of the straw fibers reduced. Mechanical property of the composite materials produced by 10 to 16 mesh wheat straw fiber is the best, the mechanical property of the composite material decreases gradually with decreasing particle size of wheat straw fiber.
