短期免耕和垄作对稻田土壤微生物群落及多样性指数的影响

微生物群落和多样性指数是表征土壤质量好坏的关键指标。采用高通量测序手段,研究了4种耕作方式(常耕CT、免耕NT、垄作常耕RCT和垄作免耕RNT)下稻田土壤微生物群落及多样性指数的变化。结果表明:在门水平上,稻田土壤优势微生物有10种,分别为变形菌门、绿弯菌门、硝化螺杆菌门、拟杆菌门、酸杆菌门、厚壁菌门、放线菌门、疣微菌门、浮霉菌门以及泉古菌门。其中变形菌门和绿弯菌门所占比例较大。与CT相比,NT、RCT和RNT降低了稻田土壤的泉古菌门和厚壁菌门比例、而提高了硝化螺杆菌门比例,其中以RCT降低或提高的作用最为明显。与CT相比,NT提高了稻田土壤微生物的Chao 1、PD whole tree、O...

Bibliography:Microbial community and diversity is an important indicator for monitoring soil quality. Herein,High-throughput sequencing was used to explore microbial communities and diversity of paddy soil under four tillage managements,including conventional tillage CT,no-tillage( NT),ridge conventional tillage( RCT),ridge no-tillage( RNT). The results showed that there were 10 different dominant microbes in paddy soil at phylum,namely Proteobacteria,Chloroflexi,Nitrospirae,Bacteroidetes,Acidobacteria,Firmicutes,Actinobacteria,Verrucomicrobia,Planctomycetes and Crenarchaeota,and among them,Proteobacteriaand Chloroflexi accounting for highest proportion. Compared to CT,NT,RCT and RNT reduced the proportions of Crenarchaeota and Firmicutes in paddy soil,while increased the proportion of Nitrospirae in paddy soil,the effect was more prominent in RCT treatment. Compared to CT,NT increased the paddy soil microbial diversity index( Chao 1,PD whole tree,Observed species index),the ridge tillages( RCT,RNT) significantly increase
