不同光照地区对马铃薯花青素含量及品质的影响

Abstract_FL [Objective] The present study was conducted to study effects of light on anthocyanin content and quality of different potato cultivars in different natural lighting areas.[Method] On the base of field survey and seed tuber propagation of same source,a field experiment was conducted using three different genotype potato varieties such as ‘ Heimeiren ’,‘Chuanyucai1 ’ and ‘ Rongziyu 5 ’ which were planted in mountainous area (Beichuan county),shallow hill area (Youxian district),and basin plain area (Wenjiang district) in Sichuan.[Result]When the production seed potato of ‘ Heimeiren’ that be breed in Xiaojin (3000 m altitude) planting in Jintang (452 m altitude),the anthocyanin containment of commercial potato was decreased by 11.62 %-33.66 %;nevertheless,the difference of tuber color of production seed potato was extremely significant when the same resource of stock seed potato planting in Xiaojin and Xindu (472 m altitude).The production season affects anthocyanin content of purple potato.Under the condition of the stock seed potato of ‘ Heimneiren’ and ‘ Rongziyu 5’harvested from betier light condition area in spring potato season planting in poor light condition area in autumn potato season,the anthocyanin content of tuber potato was dicreased 34.24 % and 30.48 %,respectively.[Conclusion] The anthocyanin content of tuber potato cultivar ‘ Heimeiren’ and ‘ Rongziyu 5 ’ harvested from strong lightarea in mountainous area (Beichuan county) was significantly higher than that from weak light area in Chengdu plain (Youxian and Wenjiang).
