马铃薯花杀虫活性成分提取方法的研究

为了探明马铃薯花杀虫活性成分提取方法,本文采用冷浸渍法、酸水碱化沉淀法、双溶剂法和超声波法对庄薯3号马铃薯花进行杀虫活性成分提取,并用虫体浸渍法测定了各粗提物对粘虫5龄幼虫的触杀活性.结果表明,不同极性溶剂冷浸渍法提取以乙酸乙酯粗提物对粘虫幼虫的触杀作用为最强,稀释5倍液的校正死亡率可达61.36%;酸水碱化沉淀法提取所得粗提物的触杀作用很弱或无触杀作用;双溶剂法以90%乙醇+10%氯仿提取所得粗提物的触杀作用最强,校正死亡率为48.67%;超声波法以用乙酸乙酯在温度45℃、功率350W的条件下提取2h,所得粗提物的触杀作用最强,校正死亡率为38.0%.通过比较不同提取方法所得粗提物对粘虫幼虫...

In order to ascertain extraction methods of insecticidal active composition from flowers of So/anum tuberosum , flowers of 8. tubero- sum( Zhuangshu 3) was extracted by cold immersion, acid solution alkalization and precipitating, double solvents and ultrasonic method in this paper, and conducted contact effects on extracts against 5tk instar larva of Mythimna separate by immersion method. The results showed that the flowers was extracted by cold immersion method using different polar solvents, the most strongest contact effect against the larva was ethyl acetate extract, the corrected mortality was 61.36 % when the extract w
