Securing Foreign Oil: A Case for Including Military Operations in the Climate Change Impact of Fuels
As the United States is forced to take a hard look at its reliance on oil amid growing environmental and financial pressures, it is imperative that the EPA consider the significant indirect GHG emissions from the military related to the protection of foreign oil.
