一种红外衍射望远镜的光学设计
设计了一款口径为3 m的衍射望远镜,其工作波段为7.7-10.3μm,光谱宽度|Δλ/λ|达到了1/3.设计结果表明,系统得到了接近衍射极限的成像质量.制作了一套缩比的衍射望远镜,成像质量优异.

The operating wavelength of the system is 7.7 - 10.3μm and spectral bandwidth |Δλ/λ| is about 1/3. It is shown that the system approximately attains diffraction limit. We developed a small scale diffractive telescope and its' image quality was perfect. |
