干旱胁迫下喷施甲基环丙烯对苗期甘蔗SoMAPK4基因表达的影响

研究甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)对甘蔗苗期叶片促分裂原活化蛋白激酶基因表达的影响,为研究1-MCP对甘蔗苗期抗旱影响提供参考。结果表明,在正常供水情况下,甘蔗So MAPK4基因在转录水平上的表达量不受1-MCP一次处理影响,而二次处理后SoMAPK4表达量呈下调趋势。干旱胁迫时,1-MCP对甘蔗So MAPK4基因在转录水平上的表达量呈先增后减、协同增减的动态变化趋势,且So MAPK4基因表达量上升比较明显,第5天达到最大值。二次处理后So MAPK4表达量出现明显增加,随干旱胁迫时间增加而逐渐减弱。由此说明,在干旱胁迫下1-MCP二次处理,能够增加甘蔗So MAPK4基因在转录水平上的表达量...

Notes Study on 1-methylpropylene (1-MCP) which affected the gene expression of mitogen-activated protein kinases(SoMAPK) in seedling stage of sugarcane was provided the theory basis about 1-MCP influence on sugarcane seedling drought resistance. Results showed that: under the condition of normal water supply, the expression of transcriptional level about SoMAPK4 genes in sugarcane leaves was influenced little by I-MCP treatment once, and after secondary treatment,a lower trend of the gene expression was showed. In drought stress, the ex- pression of transcription level which 1-MCP influenced on SoMAPK4 gene in sugarcane leaves was presented rising and then declining, a trend of increase or decrease together, the expression of SoMAPK4 rised significantly and reached at maxmum after 5 days. The expression of SoMAPK4 was increased obviously, but became feeble with extending of drought time. Therefore, the expression of SoMAPK4 was increased at transcription level and became more apparent with drought time delaying.
