不同抗病基因型番茄对番茄黄化曲叶病毒的抗病性鉴定
对抗病基因进行抗性评价是番茄抗病育种的重要环节。选用6种抗病番茄材料和2种感病番茄材料,利用携带番茄黄化曲叶病毒(Tomato yellow leaf curl virus,TYLCV)的烟粉虱对所选番茄材料幼苗接种病毒,统计分析各材料的病情指数、病株率和带毒率,鉴定不同基因型番茄材料的抗性水平。结果表明,所有接种材料中均可以检测到携带TYLCV,其中含有Ty-2和Ty-5基因的番茄材料对江苏地区TYLCV病毒种类抗性较好,Ty-3次之,Ty-1抗性相对较弱,Ty-3a在樱桃番茄中抗性强于大果型番茄。本试验为抗病育种过程中对抗病基因的选择提供了一定的参考依据。...
