水杨酸对低温胁迫番木瓜幼苗生理指标及叶片组织结构的影响

Summary:【目的】研究水杨酸(SA)对低温胁迫番木瓜幼苗抗寒生理指标及叶片组织结构的影响,为保障番木瓜幼苗安全越冬提供参考依据。【方法】以台农2号番木瓜幼苗为材料,分别喷施100.0、200.0、300.0、400.0和500.0 mg/L SA,测定4℃低温胁迫后1~4 d木瓜叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物歧化酶(POD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量,分析SA对低温胁迫番木瓜幼苗叶片组织结构及耐寒性的影响。【结果】在4℃低温胁迫番木瓜幼苗的4 d内,喷施5种质量浓度SA番木瓜幼苗叶片的SOD、POD活性均高于对照(CK),且呈先上升后下降的变化趋势;MDA含量低于CK,且呈先下降后上升的变化趋势。200.0 mg/L SA处理后进行低温胁迫的第2 d,番木瓜叶片的SOD、POD活性分别为362.98U/g FW、330.00 U/g FW·min,显著高于其他处理(P〈0.05);MDA含量为3.915μmol/g FW,低于其他处理;200.0 mg/L SA处理后进行低温胁迫的第3 d,叶片表皮细胞结构仍保持完整,栅栏组织、海绵组织厚度减小,排列更整齐紧密,细胞间隙变小,叶片组织细胞结构紧密度减小,但变幅小于CK。【结论】喷施SA能提高番木瓜幼苗的抗寒性,其中以200.0mg/L处理的抗寒效果最佳,可在番木瓜越冬育苗中推广应用。

[Objective]The present experiment was conducted to study the effects of salicylic acid(SA) on cold-resis- tant physiological index and leaf tissue structure of Carica papaya L. under cold stress, in order to provide reference for safe overwintering of C. papaya L. seedlings. [ Method ] C. papaya L. variety Tainong 2 was used as materials, and sprayed with difference concentrations of salicylic acid(100.00, 200.00, 300.00,400.00 and 500.00 mg/L), respectively, then subjected to 4 ℃ stress for 1-4 days. After cold stress, the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD), and malonaldehyde (MDA) content was determined. Meanwhile, the effects of SA on leaf tissue structure and cold toler- ance of C. papaya L. seedlings were analyzed. [Result]The results showed that, after being treated with difference mass concentrations of SA at 4 ℃ for 4 days, the SOD and POD activities were higher than that of CK, and increased firstly and then decreased within 4 days under 4 ℃ stress, but the MDA content
