RNAi介导的转基因番茄抗TYLCV研究

Notes | 51-1213/S In order to generate engineered resistance to TYLCV,the pBI121-AC1-AC2 RNAi expression vector by using AC1 and AC2 gene of TYLCV was constructed,and thirteen regenerated tomato plants were obtained by agrobacterium-mediated transformation. The results showed that RNA interference sequence of the TYLCV by PCR and RT-PCR identification was introduced into the genome successfully,and three transgenic tomato plants were obtained. Of which,two transgenic plants were confirmed to be resistant to TYLCV significantly,which would provide new germplasm resources for breeding of resistance to TYLCV.
