黄花蒿主要数量性状的灰色关联度和聚类分析
对32份黄花蒿种质资源的10个主要数量性状进行灰色关联度和聚类分析。结果表明,与单株叶蕾干重的关联度由大到小依次为叶蕾鲜重〉叶蕾/茎(鲜重比)〉单株生物量〉基茎粗〉分枝数〉冠幅〉株高〉茎鲜重,因此,在以黄花蒿产量为主要目标的种源选育中,除了把单株叶蕾鲜重、叶蕾/茎(鲜重比)和单株生物量作为重点选择性状外,还应把基茎粗、分枝数和冠幅也作为田间单株选择的重点参考性状。用系统聚类分析法把32份种源分成4大类群。第1类作为有希望推广的优良种源,第2类在降雨量少的地区推广利用,第3类应通过提高青蒿素含量改良后推广应用,第4类只能作为育种亲本材料使用。...

Abstract_FL | The grey related degree and cluster analysis of 10 quantitative traits were made in present study for 32 germplasms of Artemisia annua L. Related degree of the tested characters to leaf and bud yield per plant from maximum to minimum were as fresh weight of leaf and bud>fresh weight of leaf and bud/stem>yield per plant>stem thick>branches per plant>tree-crown range>plant height>fresh weight of stem. So besides the three former terms, more attention also should be paid to the stem thick,branches per plant,and tree-crown range, when high yield is the main objective of breeding. 32 germplasms were divided into four groups based on a cluster analysis. Group I had good characters as spreading varieties. Group II as good varieties spreading to the area of short rainfall.Group III could be used as spreading varieties after increasing arteannuian content. Group III could be used as parent material for breeding. |
