从叶片解剖结构探讨云南山茶不同倍性的耐旱潜力

以云南山茶二倍体、四倍体和六倍体植株的成熟叶片为材料,采用石蜡制片法和光学显微技术测定了叶片角质层厚度、上表皮厚度、下表皮厚度、叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、栅海比、叶片结构紧密度和叶片结构疏松度等耐旱相关的解剖结构特征参数,并进行统计分析。结果表明,所研究的9个指标在3个倍性间均表现出显著或极显著的差异,通过多重比较和主成分分析,最终选出最具代表性的5项指标进行隶属函数值计算及耐旱性综合评价,得出不同倍性间的耐旱潜力的大小顺序为四倍体〉二倍体〉六倍体,所得结果可为云南山茶的定向育种提供依据。...
