采用熵理论确定抽水蓄能容量
针对抽水蓄能容量的确定这一综合决策问题,采用熵理论建立综合评价体系。该方法克服了采用单一评价方法的片面性,也避免了其他综合评价方法存在的主观性。通过综合考虑火电容量替代系数,系统煤耗量与节煤量,调峰容量比,电力不足概率等指标,对各备选方案形成矩阵进行评价分析,采用改进的熵权公式确定权向量,通过熵理论对各方案进行排序以获得最优方案。通过对以火电为主电网算例的分析,得出最优的抽水蓄能容量方案,并采用扩展水电调峰法对算例日负荷进行优化调度。理论分析和算例结果验证了采用熵理论得出的结论的正确性和可行性。...

Notes | 23-1408/TM As the pumped storage capacity is a comprehensive decision-making problem, the entropy theory is used to establish a comprehensive evaluation system. This method can prevent the unilateralism of the single evaluation methods, and avoid the subjectivity of the other evaluation methods. It took into account the indexes of alternative coefficient of thermal capacity, coal consumption and saving amount of power system, peak-regulation proportion and loss of load probability to evaluate the various programs. A matrix was built for analysis between the indexes and programs, and an improved entropy weight was used to determine the weight vector, sorted by entropy theory to obtain the optimal solution. Through the analysis of example grid dominated by thermal power, the optimal solution was obtained, and the extended peak shaving method was used to dispatch a typical day load.
