紫红叶甘蓝型油菜叶片的色素变化及光合生理特性
为紫红叶甘蓝型油菜的高效育种和推广利用提供参考,通过测定相对花青素含量、叶绿素含量和可溶性糖含量等研究亚种间远缘杂交新品系紫红叶甘蓝型油菜的叶片色素变化和光合生理特性。结果表明:紫红叶甘蓝型油菜苗期花青素含量达4.901(A_(530)-0.25A_(657))/g,高于抽薹期和开花期。其净光合速率日变化在苗期均呈单峰曲线,无光合午休现象,在12:30时净光合速率达峰值;开花期则呈双峰曲线,且存在明显的午休现象。叶绿素含量呈苗期高、抽薹期低、开花期高的双峰曲线。可溶性糖含量呈苗期至抽薹期逐渐升高,之后明显下降的单峰曲线;且叶色较深的紫红叶甘蓝型油菜的可溶性糖含量最高(达8.837 mg/g),...
