具杀松材线虫活性的金线莲内生真菌的筛选和鉴定
采用浸渍法对金线莲内生真菌的培养滤液进行杀线活性及其稳定性测定,筛选高效杀线菌株,并通过形态学和分子系统学对活性菌株进行鉴定.结果表明,从金线莲中分离获得内生真菌139株,杀线活性大于50%的有21株,其中菌株XX34、XX49的培养滤液对松材线虫处理24 h杀线虫率达100%,且这两株菌株的杀线遗传稳定性较好.经鉴定,XX34、XX49分别为阿姆斯特丹散囊菌(Eurotium amstelodami)和竹生炭角菌(Xylaria bambusicola).高效杀线活性的植物内生真菌筛选在松材线虫生物防治方面具有较大的开发和应用价值....

Notes | 44-1267/S To obtain the fungal strain with nematicidal activity from the endophytic fungi of Anoectochilus formosanus Hayata,endophytic fungi were isolated from A. formosanus by surface disinfection method. Strains nematicidal activities were assayed in vitro by the soaking method,then the active strains were identified through the morphological characters and molecular systematics. The results showed that 139 strains were isolated from A. formosanustotally and 21 strains had more than 50% of nematicidal activity. Among them,the culture filtrate of strains XX34 and XX49 exhibited the mortality of 100% under 24 h treatment with stable genetic of nematicidal activity. And the strains XX34 and XX49 were identified as Eurotium amstelodamiand and Xylaria bambusicola,respectively. The results indicated that screening of endophytic fungi with efficient nematicidal activity had a great development and application value in biological control of pine wilt disease.
