青阳参组培快繁技术的研究
以青阳参的成熟种子获得无菌苗,去除下胚轴和子叶作为外植体,诱导腋芽的萌发和不定芽增殖生根。结果表明:适宜的增殖培养基是MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L+蔗糖3%,每个外植体的平均芽数为3.36个;适宜的诱导生根生长调节剂是ABT1号50mg/L,生根率达到100%,平均根数为4.72条;移栽后成活率可达到90%以上。...
