不同枸杞种质间品质比较与分析

通过对黑/白果枸杞( Lycium ruthenicum Murr.)、黄果枸杞( Lycium barbarum var.auranticarpum)、宁夏枸杞( Ly-cium barbarum L.)3个品种的外观品质(百粒重、横纵径)及其干果的主要活性成分(枸杞多糖、总糖、甜菜碱、类胡萝卜素、浸出物)进行比较,结果表明:黑/白果枸杞和黄果枸杞的百粒重、果形指数形态相近,但与宁夏枸杞有较大差异;按宁夏枸杞的活性成分(多糖、甜菜碱、类胡萝卜素)含量高低标准评判,黑、白、黄果枸杞无太大的利用价值,黑、黄、白果枸杞的利用机制需从其他富含成分入手挖掘;类胡萝卜素是宁夏枸杞的特异性生理活性物质。...

Abstract_FL The appearance quality (100-seed weight, transverse diameter, and vertical diameter) and main active ingredients ( polysaccharide, total sugar, betaine, carotenoids, and extractum) of dry fruits of three Chinese wolfberry varieties ( Lycium ru-thenicum Murr., Lycium barbarum var.auranticarpum, and Lycium barbarum L.) were compared.The results indicated that the 100-seed weight and fruit-shape indexes of Lycium ruthenicum and Lycium barbarum var.auranticarpum were similar, but they were greatly different from those of Lycium barbarum.According to the standard contents of polysaccharide, betaine and carotenoids in Lycium barbarum, it was judged that Lycium ruthenicum and Lycium barbarum var.auranticarpum had no too large use value, and their use value should be excavated from their rich active ingredients.Carotenoid was a specific physiological activator of Lycium barbarum.
