1974—2015年上海市杨浦区乳腺癌死亡趋势分析

【目的】了解1974—2015年上海市杨浦区居民乳腺癌死亡趋势变化。【方法】数据来源于杨浦区死因登记系统中1974—2015年杨浦区人群乳腺癌死亡资料,采用Joinpoint回归和年龄-时期-队列模型分析杨浦区乳腺癌死亡趋势,并采用Segi标准人口年龄构成进行标化。【结果】1974—2015年间,上海市杨浦区共报告女性乳腺癌死亡例数2 505例,男性乳腺癌死亡例数24例。女性乳腺癌粗死亡率为12.45/10万,标化死亡率为7.26/10万,在1974—2015年间女性乳腺癌死亡率整体呈上升趋势。【结论】1974—2015年上海市杨浦区女性人群因乳腺癌死亡率呈整体上升趋势,其中50岁及以上中老年...

Bibliography:[Objective] To analyze the mortality of breast cancer among population in Yangpu District of Shanghai from 1974 to 2015. [Methods]The clinical data on breast cancer from 1974 to 2015 were sorted out from the death registration system in Yangpu District. The Joinpoint Regression Program and ageperiod-cohort（ APC） model were used for data analyses. The mortality was standardized by utilizing the Segi standard population age composition. [Results]A total of 2505 deaths of female breast cancer and 24 deaths of male breast cancer were reported in Yangpu District from 1974 to 2015. The crude mortality rate of breast cancer was 12. 45/100 000. The standardized mortality rate of breast cancer was 7. 26/100 000.The overall mortality rate for women with breast cancer was on the rise. [Conclusion] The mortality of breast cancer increases in Yangpu District on a yearly basis from 1974-2015. Among breast cancer patients,the women over 50 are high-risk groups.
