特异资源绿天麻和乌天麻光合色素合成特性研究

Bibliography:We studied the synthesis of chlorophyll and photosynthetic pigment by using the material of Gastrodia elata Bl.fl viridis and G. elata Bl. f glauca S. Chow, and revealed the mechanism of photosynthetic pigment biosynthesis and its regulation. The contents of the precursors in the chlorophyll synthesis pathway of Gastrodia elata Bl.fl viridis and G. elata Bl. f. glauca S. Chow were determined, including determination of cHorophyll of ALA, bile pigment(PBG), Urinary porphyrin Ⅲ( Urogen Ⅲ) and protoporphyrin Ⅸ (proto Ⅸ) and the original dechlorophyllide (Pchlide), primary magnesium porphyrin (Mg-Preto), removal ehlorophyllide (Pchlide) to degraft chlorophyllide (CHide) light conversion efficiency, and determination of carotenoid content. The results showed that the chlorophyll material premise, G. elata Bl. f glauca S. Chow pretoporphyrin Ⅸ(proto Ⅸ) content was 2.3 times of C, astrodia elata Bl.f. viridis, G. elata Bl. f. glauca S. Chow magnesium protoporphyrin Mg-Preto content only for three fifths of the green
