火龙果炭疽病病原鉴定与ITS序列分析

Notes Pathogen isolates causing pitaya C.gbeosporioide were identified by morphological characteristics,pathogenicity and the sequence of ribosmal DNA-ITS to provide a theoretical reference for prevention and control of pitaya C.gloeosporioide.Results:there were two colletotrichum species causing pitaya C.gloeosporioide.one was sickle shaped,the bacteria in PDA culture medium was growing round,a lotus shaped,another anthrax spores was oval,PDA medium for colony growth circle.Ribosomal DNA.ITS region sequence analysis of cloned strains indicated that Curvularia pathogens and C.truncatum strains had as high as 100 % homology,straight spore pathogen and C.gloeosporioides strains had 100 % homology,combined with morphological identification,pathogenic bacteria causing pitaya C.gloeosporioide was C.truncatum and C.gloeosporioides of the genera Colletotrichum.
