一株野生金福菇菌株的生物学特性研究
为了解一株从野外分离得到的金福菇TG-506菌株的生物学特性,测定了不同温度、pH值、培养料含水量、碳氮源条件下金福菇菌丝体的生长情况.结果表明,金福菇TG-506菌株菌丝在22~34℃温度范围均有生长,最适温度为30℃;在培养料含水量65%~75%时菌丝生长快,最适为75%;最适酸碱度为pH8;在以麦芽糖、果糖和蔗糖作为碳源的培养基上菌丝生长良好,最佳碳源为麦芽糖;在以酵母膏、蛋白胨、硝酸钾作为氮源的培养基上菌丝生长快,最佳氮源为酵母膏....

Notes | Tricholoma lobayense Heim.;Wild strain;Biological property 51-1213/S In order to undentand the biological properties of a trild tricholoma lobayena Heim strain TG-506,the mycelia growth of the strain was detected under different condition of temperatures,pH,moisture content of culture substrates,and nutrients of carbonate and nitrogen.The results showed that for the mycelia growth of the strain TG-506,the optimum temperature was 30 ℃,optimum moisture oontent of culture substrates was 75 %,optimum pH value was 8,and the optimum carbonate and nitrogen nutrients was maltose and yeast extract,respectovely.
