木霉菌防治川芎根腐病的初步研究
S476; 从生长在不同生态环境的药用植物根际土样中分离出了一批木霉菌株,明确了木霉菌对两种病原菌的拮抗机制在于营养和空间竞争、寄生两种形式.通过室内拮抗试验和田间防病增产试验,筛选出了对尖孢镰刀菌和茄腐皮镰刀菌有较强拮抗作用的哈茨木霉T23、T158等菌株.田间试验结果表明:T23、T158制剂7500 g/hm2对川芎根腐病的防治效果分别为63.90%和57.17%,优于常用化学杀菌剂多菌灵处理....
