48%莠去津可湿性粉剂对不同玉米品种的安全性研究

通过室内测定不同玉米品种对常用除草剂莠去津的安全性,对48%莠去津药液处理过的不同品系玉米的萌发率、根长、苗高、鲜重以及叶绿素含量进行统计,结果表明,莠去津对金赛6850最安全,中科11、鲁单9002次之,当田间使用浓度超过常规使用浓度1.5g/L时,就会对其生长起到明显的抑制作用,3个品种种芽的安全性大于种根。鲁单981、豫玉26、中单5384对莠去滓敏感,浓度达到0.75geL时生长就已受到明显抑制,三者种根的安全性大于种芽。回归分析结果表明,玉米根长、苗高、鲜重和叶绿素含量的抑制率与药液浓度的自然对数值呈直线相关,利用Finney机率分析法求出了各玉米品种的抑制率回归式和I50值等。...

Abstract_FL By using the techniques of laboratory bioassay, security assessment on different maize varieties to 48% atrazine WP was determined in this paper. The effects of 48% atrazine WP on the germination rate, root length, shoot height, fresh weight and Chlorophyll content were studied and the results showed that sensitivity on different maize varieties to it was different. Maize variety Ludan9 002,and Zhongkel 1 were more sensitive than Jinsai6 850, when treat concentration was more than 1.5 g/L, there was inhibiting in the growth of maize, and the shoot safety of three maize varieties were greater than their roots. Ludan981, Yuyu26 and Zhongdan5 384 were the most sensitive, and there were inhibiting at 0.75 g/L, and the roots safety of three maize varieties were greater than their shoots. The regression analysis indicated that the inhibiting of root length,shoot height and fresh weight had linear relation with the log of the dosages. The inhibiting regression equation and I_(50) of root length,shoot heightand fresh weight were gained by the method of Finney.
