太阳辐照度光谱仪光谱定标用汞灯电源设计

为了满足FY-3太阳辐照度光谱仪的星上光谱定标要求,针对汞灯高起辉电压、低工作电压的特点设计了一种汞灯电源。采用单端反激拓扑结构及四级倍压整流电路实现了汞灯高压起辉,通过闭环负反馈实现了汞灯工作电流的恒流控制;无需外加微控制器,完成了汞灯高起辉电压和低工作电压的自动切换,并且在保证电源稳定性的同时,解决了现有汞灯电源适用性较差、低温下无法可靠起辉的问题。实验结果表明:设计的汞灯电源电流精度为0.000 21、电流调整率为0.001 8、稳流系数为0.009,在低温下也可稳定驱动汞灯工作,完全满足载荷的任务需求。...

Abstract_FL In order to satisfy the requirement of solar irradiance spectrometer spectral calibration on the satellite,a mercury-lamp source is designed based on its characteristics which can be described as high voltage to glow and low voltage for work.The single-ended flyback topological structure and four level dual voltage rectifier are used to provide the high glowing voltage.And the degenerative feedback is designed to current constant.The glowing voltage and working voltage can be switched automatically without the microcontroller.Both the usability and the reliability in low temperature of the source are improved.The experiments show that the current precision of the mercury-lamp source designed is 0.00021,the current adjustment rate is 0.0018,the current stabilization coefficient is 0.009.The mercury-lamp source can work reliably in low temperature and satisfy the system requirement of the load.
