新疆小扁豆种质资源农艺性状的主成分及聚类分析
对资源库中收集保存的71份小扁豆种质资源的株高、千粒重、单株分枝数等8个农艺性状进行主成分分析和聚类分析。结果表明:农艺性状前4个主成分的累积贡献率为89.0917%;71份小扁豆种质资源可分成2大组群,各个组群都有一定的形态学特征,其中组群1的25份种质资源的单株分枝数、单株产量、千粒重等指标都比较大,综合性状表现较好。...

Notes | Lens culinaris Medik. ;Agronomic traits;Principal components analysis;Ouster analysis 51-1213/S The 8 agronomic traits of 71 accessions of Lens culinaris Medik. , including plant height, 1000-grain weight,number of primary branches, etc, were investigated, which were studied with principal components and clustr analysis. The result showed that the cumulative proportion of the first four of principal components achieved 89.0917 %. All these accessions were divided into 2 groups,and each group had specifically morphological traits. The group 1, including 25 accessions, had more number of primary branches, more yield per plant and more 1000-grain weight, which indicated that germplasms in group 1 had better morphological traits.
