Nb/Nb-Si微叠层复合材料制备及性能

采用离子束辅助(IBAD)电子束物理气相沉积(EB-PVD)工艺制备Nb/Nb-Si微叠层状复合材料,利用XRD和SEM对材料的物相结构和组成进行分析,测定材料的抗氧化性能和耐燃气热腐蚀性能,分析影响材料抗氧化性能和耐燃气热腐蚀性能的原因。结果表明:Nb/Nb-Si微叠层材料主要由立方Nb和四方Nb_5Si_3混合相组成;1150℃恒温氧化条件下抗氧化性能达到航空工业行业标准的抗氧化级,900℃/100 h燃气热腐蚀试验后试样的平均腐蚀速率为0.517 g/(m^2·h);Ti,Cr元素的加入显著提高了Nb/Nb-Si微叠层的抗氧化性能和耐燃气热腐蚀性能。...

Nb/Nb-Si based micro-laminated composite was prepared by ion beam assisted electron beam physical vapor deposition( EB-PVD) technology. The phase structure and composition of deposited Nb/Nb-Si composite were analyzed by X-ray diffraction( XRD) and scanning electron microscope( SEM). The anti-oxidation property and resistance to hot gas corrosion of the specimens were evaluated and the influence factors were analyzed. The results show that the phase structure of deposited composite is mainly composed of cubic Nb and tetragonal Nb_5Si_3 phases. The oxidation resistance meets the state aviation industry standards under 1150 ℃ isothermal conditions. The average corrosion rate of specimens is 0. 517 g/( m~2·h) after 100 h test at 900 ℃.
